Regarding your comments about the bed and protective mattresses, please know that we are already in the process of changing all of them gradually in order to offer the same level of comfort and relaxation throughout our rooms. We can guarantee that in the near future all of the mattresses will be of the same brand and with the same specifications in order to keep the targeted consistency. Secondly please know that all linen in Poseidon of Paros is updated on an annual basis in order to guarantee the highest level of opulence, coziness & relaxation. Also along with these actions, we have are already considering the introduction of the pillow menu, but please know that we are always and more than flexible to facilitate your needs; all we ask is that you inform us on the spot. We always act instantly towards making our guests’ stay as pleasurable as possible.
Furthermore, the process of updating our premises in all possible levels include the renovation of various pieces of the puzzle. These include the replacement of outdoor furniture, sunbeds on the beach, and many more that will place as per our plan for improvements throughout the property. Finally, regarding the Jacuzzi we do apologize for not informing you that the bathtub was not functioning properly, unfortunately it was not possible to fix it during your stay, but we can now ascertain you that our experts have solved this issue and that new procedures have been established in that direction.
