absolutely freezing this place would not recommend as really i’ll after been in there with my children and a rip off

Horrible experience £13.95 for my 4 year old!!! Paid £28.00 to get 2 kids entry to be told it was only for 1hr visited 25/12/2022 as they closing early! Should have walked away but had children with me who desperately wanted to go in and have fun. Upon asking staff as I am only getting 1hr is it not suppose to be cheaper got a rude reply back saying no owner said no discounts .Made me feel very uncomfortable, very rude, don't care less staff. Anyways paid as went in since then me and partner not been well it was freezing inside. Owners trying to save energy bills but yet charge high end prices!! Rip off! Stay away. Bradford has much better play gyms well maintained half the price, better experience and customer service.oh yeh the constant announcements from 4pm they closing kids kept running out thinking times up!! Horrible! Rip Off!

Very expensive to go in and food and drink,been to plenty around the country,this is extortionate,baby change room is freezing no heat source in there,staff too young and rude,won’t return but be great if prices wasn’t so silly and better staff

Never wrote a review ever before but parents need to be warned about this place! Booked a party paid £16 per child in full unfortunately due to my son being very Ill out of my hands I had no alternative but to cancel. Manager avoided my calls took my email sent no email i was chasing him for a few days and when i did finally come face to face he was aggressive intimatading manipulating accused me of Racism when all I was trying to say is give at least a little back for my sons birthday present he phoned police pulling Racism card out luckily police were on my side and pointed me in the right direction. Avoid don't book a party if you get covid your not covered he will make it so awkward that you won't want to reschedule and then he's quids in again! Avoid at all cost! I put my post on for sale sites and social media and there's alot of comments from other parents that have also had bad experiences. Someone even commented that there was a rat in the ball pool So be warned!View less

Got told by staff they close at 6pm. At 5pm staff start hovering around you and at 5.45pm the owner tells us its closed and turns the game machines of after i had put money om for my little girl to have a play. I was told she couldnt buy a toy from the cafe as it was closed. The place doesnt make you feel welcomed. Staff are rude and cant wait to get rid of you by 6 so they can go home. Avoid at all costs.

Great concept shame about staff and pricing. This was our second visit. Previously took kids for birthday and booked online. Adults on previous visit had breakfast took an hour to arrive was cold and shocking for the price. We booked online on our first visit and my 2 year old loved the trampoline. On our visit today we was told he was unable to use the trampoline with dad as we hadn't paid for him. On the website there is no pricing for trampoline for an under 4. I refused to pay the extra as this should be clearly stated within the pricing which it was not. The first time we visited we had paid for the climbing wall and had to wait for an hour and half to go on the wall despite the advance booking nobody was available.
My advice is to train the staff on food as it looks like teenagers attempting to cook. Rethink pricing and make this more visible for all ages.
Only reason we will return is we have a 10 year old and a 2 year old so this place is good for both ages which most play gyms are not.

Unclean tables that are not cleaned
Toilets don’t lock

Dirty toilets
Very rude manager and sexist wanting to make people buy crazy Kingdom socks after allowing children on with different trampoline socks.
Untrained staff who didn’t have a clue about anything and were so dull and unresponsive to the children, it’s not hard to smile!
It was FREEZING!
Many had left their food which put me off buying any food as clearly it wasn’t good!
Bought a luxury hot chocolate… why was it luxury? Because it had some cream on!

Me and my son come here often. The facilities are amazing, there really is so many things to do that even the adults can get involved! You could spend hours here and not get bored, it really is great.
On a negative, every time we do visit the place the staff always seem moody, bored and slow. Other than the manager himself who always goes above and beyond every time we come, everybody else could crack a smile.
The food also takes a long time to arrive. We ordered chicken nuggets and chips which took 55 minutes to arrive, and when I asked how much longer would it take I simply got the response ‘it will be out soon’. I also got charged incorrect age in the end I just said forget it as no-one could seem to come to an agreed price.
So overall amazing facilities, great manager but not the best food with slow service and confusing prices it seems!

This could be a great place but unfortunately short staffed and over priced with too many pricing extras! It's disappointing to tell children they can't go on something when we already paid so much, not great.
We ordered lunch which, when it arrived, was good but unfortunately during lunch time summer holidays they only had 1 staff in the kitchen and our food tool very long. There was a lot of staff moving around to keep up with numbers of children on other areas but I found this unprofessional, they should just have extra staff during lunch hours in the kitchen. The cheese burger had no cheese!
Re think your pricing, would be good to have a pay once access all price! And then individual prices for areas for those who wish. Also, charging adults is really extortionate as we sat and chatted and were unable to use any areas.

Not worth the money. Entry prices are high but play area not worth the money.
