Πριν από τη δημοσίευση, κάθε κριτική στο Tripadvisor περνά από ένα αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα παρακολούθησης, το οποίο συλλέγει πληροφορίες, απαντώντας στις ακόλουθες ερωτήσεις: πώς, τι, πού και πότε. Εάν το σύστημα ανιχνεύσει κάτι που πιθανώς αντιβαίνει στις οδηγίες της κοινότητάς μας, η κριτική δεν δημοσιεύεται.
Όταν το σύστημα εντοπίσει ένα πρόβλημα, μια κριτική μπορεί να απορριφθεί αυτόματα, να σταλεί στον σχολιαστή για έγκριση ή να επανεξεταστεί με μη αυτόματο τρόπο από την ομάδα ειδικών περιεχομένου μας, οι οποίοι εργάζονται αδιάλειπτα για να διατηρούν την ποιότητα των κριτικών στον ιστότοπό μας.

Scooter Line Rental are your typical Mykonos small car/bike/quad rental company.
Due to unforeseen events, we hired a small manual car from Scooter Line Rental instead of renting from one of the bigger companies (Avis / Europcar). The vehicle was in good condition for its age, tyres average, and had over 100000 kilometers on the clock, and less than half a tank of fuel. The car was clean however did reek of cigarette smoke. We didn’t break down and we did drive practically the entire island.
The car rental place had not yet opened for the season and was closed however the staff at the small convenience store next door assisted us. They called Francesco and within five minutes he had arrived.
When we returned the vehicle, we were dropped off back at our hotel and the entire experience was pleasant. Francesco who we dealt with was good, great communication.
We paid 50€ a day; 40€ for car hire plus 10€ a day for added insurance. I guess you pay higher then usual car hire costs as Scooter Line Rental only accept cash.
A similar car at Europcar (A new car mind you) was 25€ a day, 15€ a day car hire plus 10€ a day for added insurance, however Europcar only accept credit card.
What you see is what you get…. Our experience was what we expected. Francesco helped us out at short notice and the car hired served our purpose.

The shop is fairly typical for a rental shop on Mykonos. We went there because it was close to our accommodation. The bike (125cc SYN scooter) was pretty new and good to ride. Still, I would not recommend the shop since the staff was not really friendly, or competent (they have been unable to explain the insurance ... ) Also the pricing is not trasparent e.g. from one staff we heared the extra insurance was 7€, from another 10€. Also a price point of 40€/day seems slightly over charged.

We rented 2 quads from Scooter line. We had planned on renting a car, but were convinced by the owner to experience quads. We were not disappointed. The machines were in good working order - no problems or issues. They had very little gas when we left the rental, but safely reached a petro station and for 10 Euro each, we saw the entire island in 24 hours.
The quads are easy to drive. The 50 cc engines may struggle on hills with a steep incline (I had to walk mine up 2 hills), but the rationale is simple. The machines are designed for tourists who have little experience driving a quad on busy streets. Too much power would result many accidents. Simply be aware that if you want more power, you should request more power and the associated risks.
The cost was very reasonable, they require cash, and allowed us to return later that day to pay. We kept the quads over night (24 hour rental).
The company picked us up and dropped us off from the hotel.

We rented a quad bike - they gave us the blue one which as we set off promptly ran out of petrol!! Luckily we were near a gas station. We struggled getting up big hills and at some points I had to get off to push it. The staff were rude and unfriendly. We eventually broke down and had to walk back to the shop. They did give us a different quad which was better ( a white one) but were reluctant to put any petrol in it even tho we saw them siphoning petrol from all the returned vehicles and we had filled the broken one up. Eventually we told them to put petrol in and they put a little in. Awful - don't use

mykonos est vaste a decouvrir on ne peut faire cette ile a pied donc louer vous un 4 roue pour la somme de 25 dollard pour toute la journée cest vraiment pas cher et cela vous permet dexplorer lile a votre guise et aller a des endroit que les tours guidée ne vous y apporte et a pied ny penser meme pas un excursion de 4 roues sur mon bateau etait de 169.00 grosse difference de prix

pour une tres petite somme en hors saison louer donc des quads ,pour notre part deux pour quatres personnes , c est le top pour visiter l ile et parcourir les sentiers,,,,Mykonos est une petite ile a decouvrir absolument.

We rented an ATV for 2 days while staying in Platys Gialos and had a terrible experience with this company, especially the owner! The ATV we rented was not working properly, we drove it for a day and it was having a lot of problem getting up big hills. At first, we weren't sure if this was normal, but by the start of the second day it had gotten much worse and almost rolled down a huge hill with us on it! We promptly took it back and asked for another ATV. There was only one left and it had already been rented. They changed a spark plug and told us to see if that helped, but 2 mins down the road it wouldn't even climb the tiniest hill. So we took it back again. This time the mechanic drove it and agreed that it was definitely broken. We still had 5 hours left on our rental time and were headed to the beach. They were unwilling to give us a refund, or another mode of transportation (they had cars and scooters available). We were stranded and wasting valuable beach time. The owner was only willing to take us back to our hotel, which did us no good. The beach was only a 10 minute drive but he refused to take us. He told us to take the bus, which would've taken almost an hour! In the end the nice man who owns the fruit stand next door overhead our predicament and generously offered us a ride to the beach. We never received even a partial refund or another mode of transportation! The worst customer service ever!
