We arrived after been recommended to consider booking here for our next vacation.
Initial thoughts was this place is beautiful, staff were polite and efficient.
During our visit there was a glass smashed in the wind, which was an accident due to strong winds.
The manager of the pool named Stravos dealt with the situation in a highly inappropriate manner. He was rude to us, very sarcastic, and behaved in an antagonising manner as if he wanted my husband to retaliate.
We have raised this with operational management at the time it happened as we could not believe the service we had received.
We visited Santorini on our honey moon and the whole experience was perfect expect for our visit here.
For such a well established, apparently high standard hotel we were deeply disappointed and quite frankly annoyed with how we were treated. He behaved very unprofessionally and ruined the reputation this hotel has.

This fabulous bar belongs to Grace hotel which is an elegant 5 star hotel located in Imerovigli. What makes it outstanding is its spacious and unique balcony overlooking Caldera so the sunset from there is more than amazing! Romantic and cozy it definetely worth a visit. I highly recommend this bar for every visitor of Santorini who wish to spend a unique evening.

The view of sunset from this place is the best in Santorini as it is far away from crowded and noisy places so we could enjoy the amazing sunset sitting in a comfortable sofa and drinking champagne. We were really happy as we took amazing photos with uninterrupted view. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing and the wonderful music made us feel even happier. We loved this place and will remember our moments there for a lifetime!

What kind of a restaurant when serving a group of 6 people does this kind of shady business!! We ordered a few drinks, appetizers & entrées. The prices are extremely steep for small portions, and food was mediocre at best. The most expensive thing on the menu was roughly €70.
They decide to offer us a seafood pasta dish “off menu”, talk it up and serve it. They never mentioned the price was €130 MORE THAN anything else on the menu! We finished dinner and they slam us with a €200 charge for the one plate!!! This was shady and scandalous, no decency or respect. Such a shame. Might be a good looking location & view, but don’t trust the restaurant. Such a waste of a place with a great view, its awful they are ripping off visitors that just trying to enjoy a nice vacation.

Having spent 4 wonderful days in Santorini we ended up at 363 Champagne Lounge to admire the sunset. The bar is awesome! It has a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Best and uninterrupted view to sunset drinking mouthwatering and well served cocktails. The bartender Yannis was courteous and attentive always with a smile doing his best for us to have a great time. Thank you!

Words cannot express the feeling you will get while sitting at this bar and looking up at the beautiful scenery. Comfortable sofas, high quality drinks and fast service made our experience even more enjoyable. My personal opinion is if you visit Santorini you must try the place.

Staying in Santorini, the evenings had been really windy and unexpectedly quite cold so we wanted somewhere to sit inside and found the 363 champagne bar in the grace hotel. The terrace outside is lovely with amazing views over the caldera but still a nice experience inside. We chose two cocktails and really enjoyed watching them being made. My husband had a gin and they took really rose's off the bar and put the petals into his glass. Looked like a work of art too nice to drink. I had a champagne cocktail with rose etc in. The service was outstanding and although we were not guests in the hotel we were made really welcome. The cost for the two drinks came to 54 euros which was expensive but truthfully worth the cost. Definitely worth visiting.

Mind-blowing! One surprise after another! The special treat at the beginning of the meal given by the chef was wonderful. Bread with capers in it to dip in olive oil. Then dip the next piece in the olive oil and then the spices. Third piece dip in the oil, spices then crumbled cheese with bits of olive. Delicious! We ordered the Bianco and the Black Savoro. Magnificent!

The view from this angle is out of this world spectacular. We came here the first time by chance, after wandering in the labyrinthine little alleys and then came to this place. The bartender was super nice and friendly and he recommended some good local wine for my husband and mixed a bespoke mocktail for me. The second day we couldn’t forget how amazing the sunset was so we went back. This hip lounge has nice seating so you don’t feel too crowded even when it is full. A very unique experience to watch the sunset for us in Imerovigli.

Canapés will be at least €35 for tiny bites. The place is a complete rip off. A shame for such a great location !
