Second time to tour, as much fun as the first time. We had family in town and decided to take them up to Pilot Point for the distillery tour. Fun and informative tour with Vinnie. Hospitality room a fun stop after the tour. Lots of tables outside to enjoy a drink at on a beautiful Texas afternoon.

My husband and I enjoyed this tour. You can order a cocktail to take on the tour or enjoy one afterwards if you like. There is a nice outdoor patio that has a stage, there is live music on certain days. We plan on returning when we have family in town later this summer.

My husband and I went to visit as this is his favorite vodka. The tour was short but didn’t disappoint. The samples afterwards were great. They sell mixed drinks that you can take on the tour or have one afterwards. Great patio outside if you want to sit and relax while having a drink with friends.

You will tell everybody you know how great this was after you've gone. FIrst off yes its far north but its not actually that far and the drive is very nice and easy. They have a great tour that is worth the small price and usually the master distiller gives the tour and really makes you understand how they make all their great spirits. Very friendly staff out front too with the tasting room and the bar where they mix up to 10-12 great mixed drinks with all their vodkas, gin or whiskey. You get 3 tasting with your tour and they arent little! Then you can buy the mixed drinks for $5 each and they are very good pours if you want. Its just a good family run distillery with good people and great family and community feel. I highly recommend!

Wife and I met friends at Western Son... everyone enjoyed the tour and sitting at the tables on a nice day. Sadly there was no band playing but still plenty of drink choices and room to sit and enjoy the nice weather. Loved the drinks ... Blueberry especially. I really like the Ginger beers, I was surprised. Different than your standard beer or whiskey tour. Very interesting! Great time. Would definitely go again.

I love, repeat LOVE Western Son Vodka. That's why I gave it 5 stars. Wifey and I plan date night and start off with the "tour." Outside is cool with a stage and it appears they hold concerts there. (Neighbors must love that) We walk in to building and they ask us if we are here for the tour. YES! We get a few complimentary shots of our choice of flavored vodka. GREAT!! When the bartender pours it....its HOT. Not like boiling hot but straight from a bottle sitting on shelf. YUK!! My favorite "Prickley Pear" was horrible. If I didn't love the flavors prior to going on this tour I would have never ever...ever...ever in 100 years bought or asked for their product by name. The tour guide was cool, the bartender was cool but overall experience in the unair-conditioned warehouse was not for us. Here's my advice.....skip the tour but only and I mean ONLY DRINK WESTERN SON VODKA! The flavors are sooooooooo smooth that after a few mixed drinks...we're drinking it almost straight over ice. Keep up the good work folks!

What a fun place. Vincent was our cruise director. He's also the distiller. The tour is brief, it interesting. This is a small operation focused on quality, and its obvious. They have a tasting room, and a bar. Drinks are $5, and the tastings are free. The quality of the spirits are top notch. They also have a summer concert series. Western Son is worth the trip from DFW. I highly recommend it. Be sure to check for a Groupon before your visit!

We visited the distillery and now brewery last Saturday during the weekend outdoor concerts. Had a sample of several really great beers. Also tried the outstanding bourbon and a couple flavored vodkas.
Had a really great time. Owners and staff are very friendly and fun. Put Western Son on your bucket list to visit near Dallas.

We went for an opening event and had a great time. I bought Blueberry Vodka which I use in a fun kind of Margarita. We bought some Bourbon for some connoisseurs friends of ours, they liked it. It would be a nice place to have a party or a small event.
