I walked through the trails in March 23.
The island is beautiful, but the paths haven't been maintained in a while, and are overgrown in some places to the extent of being impassable.
It's hard to know when you're on the right path when the trail is overgrown.
It got to the point that I was dreading every time the trail got into nature, and was relieved when the waymarking lead to asphalt road.
The opposite of what you're supposed to feel when hiking!
I can imagine it'll only get worse in summer as the vegetation becomes more and more thorny.

T3, M2, E1, E2

Chora2karya has many blocked parts to the extent I spent most of that part on the asphalt.
T1B
Path is overgrown, steep, with broken stone steps. So you're on wobbly stones and also can't see where to place your leg because of the shrubbery.
M1
Karya2Tzados- overgrown to the point where it's very unclear where the trail is.
T2
Going upwards from Lauti towards Kounares: small portion in the start is blocked- you can use the main road instead.
M3+M3a+E4
No problems!

There were a few short problematic parts:
The last portion to Xynara (from Tripotamos direction) is completely blocked - use the asphalt road nearby.
Loutra2perastra- skip the first portion and get out of the village Loutra via the paved road.
Perastra2monistria: close to Monistiria the path is blocked with thorns completely, easy to circumvent if you look around.
E3
Pyrgos 2 Marlas through profitis illias was fine, but the other half (Kato Marlas ) of the loop is blocked on the exit from Marlas. Couldn't find a way to circumvent it, had to go back through the same route I came.
I also didn't check the Ismail -Mamados loop.

Not blocked, but some parts near Aftellonia are very overgrown so it's getting there!

Ungefähr ein Dutzend verschiedene Wanderwege sind auf der ganzen Insel begehbar, Wegzeit ca. 3 bis 4 Stunden je Trail - Details siehe Internet.
Vereinzelte Markierungen sind leider nicht mehr da, zugleich sind gewisse Wegabschnitte von der Vegetation wieder vereinnahmt worden -> z.B. beim 'verborgenen Tal' = mehr Einrechnen von Zeit.

We returned to Tinos and visited some trails that we had walked previously and also some new ones.
The trails are well marked out and accessible by car, on foot and by public bus.
Some of the best hiking we have done amongst glorious terraced hillsides and villages.
A great way to really explore Tinos.

We have a house on Tinos and keep enjoying the trails especially now that they are well marked and cleaned from scrub. Especially welcome activity in off-season, just came back from a January hike on the path between Kardiani bay and Isternia beach which is untouched by roads. At a few places signage is a bit infrequent, downloading the GPX coordinates to the phone is very helpful to ensure being on the right path.

Defizite: die Markierungen sind teilweise 'verloren' gegangen oder verdeckt, weil von der Vegetation überwuchert. Letztere ist auch dafür verantwortlich, dass Abschnitte nicht ohne weiteres begangen werden können. Im Falle einer Wiederholung unseres Besuches würden wir eine Heckenschere mit uns führen!
Kurz: Wir bezweifeln nicht die Schönheit der Landschaft und die ursprünglichen Bemühungen beim Ausschildern der Wege, aber wir bezweifeln stark, dass dieses Wegenetz in ausreichender Form und Umfang auch gepflegt wird.
GPS und Heckenschere scheinen als Ausrüstungsgegenstände unentbehrlich.

We spent most days walking the trails & found the directions (Waymarking) very good. Alot of hard work has obviously gone into this project as some of the routes are a good distance from roads & getting the tools to the trails to clear the paths of vegetation must have been difficult. In late May & early June when we walked we found most of the trails had been cleared but some short parts of the E1 trail just east of Ysternia were impassable & the T1 just North West of Karya was difficult but we managed to get through. Our favourite trails were E4 near Malli ,the E2 near Rochari & the M4 near Volax. I would advise walking boots & short ankle gaiters as we had to clear seeds & other vegetation from our boots & socks often. I would say that the grading of the walks needs altering on some of the trails especially the E1. It was sheer luck that we found the Tinos Trails leaflet with the maps in our accomodation in Chora as we could not find it anywhere else other than the municipal building just downhill from the Big church in Chora. We used buses to get to the start or from the end of some of the walks but had to use a taxi on 2 days. It is a pity that the buses especially to Panormos were not more frequent but we managed. Would recommend Staying in Panormos or Pyrgos for the trails in the north.
