Exceptional Experience EXCEPT for last 18 Minutes
We really enjoyed our rooms (we rented 2) at the Hard-rock Tower. The rooms were clean and spacious. CIPRESSO DINING was a delight and Noel our waitress was polite and entertaining. Gregory at the HARD ROCK CAFE was incredibly efficient and polite, you have a great employee there.
We gambled, we saw the light show at the guitar, and we swam in the pools. We had a great 24 hours and 18 minutes. Now I bring up the 18 minutes as my father (who happens to get around in a wheel chair) sometimes slows us down (cause he is in a wheelchair). When we were leaving the valet area we were charged for 2 days of parking the car at hotel valet. We spoke with the manager Louie L. and explained our dilemma and he said he could not and would not refund the 35 dollars for the second day. (18 minutes) Louie L went on to explain we should have been more mindful of the time stamp on our ticket , rather than having a great time at the establishment. What kind of business strategy is that? And I do not recall the valet attendant stamping a time on our ticket. How can a family enjoy their time if they need to watch the time?
When we got into the car and were driving away from the casino, we were not talking about the fine foods, great service from the restaurants, the light show or the pools, no we were talking about the crappy service we just received fro Louie L. Such a shame to end a great 24 hours (and 18 minutes) with such a poor employee.

All games craps, roulette, slots are weighted and manipulated. Rooms are very expensive. Minimum bets are high. Only 1 bigger crook in FL... Desantis...

WORST PARTY EVER
The worst experience of my life , my friend had a private party at the cabana the manger her name is MISS IRISH at the guitar side called security at least five times assume because we were AFRICAN AMERICAN !!!! They never help us with a server or anything they did not let all of my guest inside the establishment because we were told they was afraid something might happen to the other guest.RACISM AT ITS FINEST please people don’t spend your hard earned MONEY at any of the CABANAS MISS IRISH constantly told our party we were going to have the police called . Seminole hard rock Hollywood Casino staff RUINED THE WHOLE PARTY .

Great hotel but customer service lets it down

We stayed in the guitar hotel to experience a more premium stay, however upon check in we were informed that there is no daily housekeeping and we need to ring down to reception if we need more towels etc. Whilst we can't fault the room, food or general experience if you are paying high prices for rooms, you expect daily room service with fresh towels, linen and a top up of drink facilities. When you're on holiday you shouldn't have to ask around for things that should automatically be supplied even at cheaper hotels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the pool area and the light show.

Beautiful still shiny and glamour, great atmosphere, smoking area, nice cocktails and great fun. I will recommend to anyone to visit this casino and spend some time here. I wish jackpot for all of you

My Rocking Experience!

This time my review will be based on my overall experience. When it comes to cleanliness and comfort I give the rooms five stars. As I previously mentioned the scenic views of the Guitar Hotel are outstanding, the pool area is impressive and elegant, now on the downside space is very limited. Arrive EARLY to get a nice spot, or you could always RENT a Cabana for an extra charge. For a more FAMILY-FRIENDLY experience I definitely recommend the Hard Rock Hotel, there is always more space available, the pool area is stunning with lots of shade. It also has a Water Slide which kids love. I rated this hotel a 3 stars because I believe CUSTOMER SERVICE still needs improvement and I have been wanting to stay at one of the Oasis Tower Swim Up Suites. I've been looking forward to review my experience in this luxurious Suite, but when I request more information about the stay I don't receive a straight answer. Despite this negative experience I visit all the time and recommend this Hotel!

The hotel was a lot of fun for my family. The pools are so nice and relaxing. Many different dining was available for a reasonable price. Drinks are expensive. staff were very nice and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights. We will come back. Nice guitar show.

Teníamos entrada para un recital, el cual se suspendió, así que fuimos a cenar con las reservaciones que habíamos hecho 2 meses antes.
Muy entretenido para visitar, pero no se si me quedaría debido al alto transito de personas que tiene ( anfiteatro, casino). Tiene un parking gratuito enorme.

Awful, Jo the manager is incompetent

I had a surreal experience last night at the Seminole Hard Rock. I walked out of the bathroom and was told that Jo, the manager of Food and Beverage, had decided I was cut off from alcohol for the next 24 hours. I was not inebriated, stumbling, belligerent, or argumentative. I honestly have no idea why. I wasn’t even trying to order a drink. I was wearing a short dress and heels (that were difficult to walk in, maybe I wasn’t graceful or something). I have never been cutoff from alcohol my entire life and it was so strange. I had consumed 2 drinks with dinner. I did not want to order another beverage, I felt targeted and really surprised that this happened. I tried speaking with management twice last night and twice this morning to try to understand this action they took. It was so strange. Peter, the Food and Beverage manager, was not very bright and didn’t seem to grasp what I was trying to communicate this morning. Other staff were more intelligent and mature, yet all they offered me was a $50 credit. I’d rather have my night back, and would’ve chosen to go somewhere else in Tampa, like the Grand Hyatt. Clearwater Beach would also have been a better choice. Don’t go to the Hard Rock. It’s smoky, outdated, expensive, and the management is incompetent.

This was the most disorganized experience I ever had going to a Paul McCartney concert. I have been to 10 of his concerts at different venues.I paid a lot of money to see the sound check and the concert. I had to guess about where to meet and when. We were herded like cattle and the acoustics were terrible.The money I spent here at hotel and concert I could have flown to the show in North Carolina, got a car rental and hotel for less.I will NEVER come and see a show here again.I also plan on telling my experience to my friends.
