We can’t rate the team highly enough!
Super attentive and flexible - everyone is working so hard and so kind! Even when it’s the busiest period they still make you feel like you’re the only ones in the shop. So so friendly and helpful - cannot recommend them enough! Had the best time skiing, great equipment, super communicative and very understanding! Sabrina :)

Best ski rental company we have used in 25 years of skiing in europe. Boris and team were very friendly, helpfulinformative and proffessional. Prices were fair and good value. Even helping my wife getting her boots on and off. The local red wine offerred was a bonus. Equipement current and in good condition and tey were happy to make an adjustment to one of my boots which then fitted like a dream. We wish Boris and his team a happy, healthy and successful yaer ahead. See you next time, Karl and Lizzie from Guernsey

I rented a snowboard, it was perfect and they helped me to fix everything with it, being a beginner.
Price friendly, very close to the main gondola.

I was here yesterday for rent and lessons and everything was excellent. I recommend it the staff is friendly and the service was fast.!!!

I've been to Bansko 5 times now, have always used Boris and his team so I thought its about time they got a review...
They are very easy to deal with, have your best intentions in mind and offer a great service for a great price! This year my group of 8 all tried snowboarding for the first time and of course they sorted out all our gear, lessons each day and transfers up the mountain when the gondola queue was too long. Cannot recommend them enough to anyone that's going to Bansko.
Bonus thanks to Eva our instructor last week, she was lovely and put up with all us beginners!
See you again next year Boris!

Have been coming to Bansko since 2020 and alway go to BSR. Boris and the team are so friendly and hospitable. Fitting and rental are easy and well organised - they are also happy to assist you with any adjustments to equipment you may find you need. They’ve also assisted us with booking lessons, transport…anything that they can help with! Prices are also very fair. Would always recommend BSR and look forward to seeing them each year!

Been coming back 3 years in a row and extremely good value for money.
Sorted my beginner snowboarding lessons and equipment hire very quickly and snowboarding padding which I didn’t need in the end. When the gondola had a massive queue Boris sorted us out a mini bus to take us to the top of the mountain. He provides us a lovely drink at the end of everyday.
I would highly recommend using this service for all your equipment and advice.

Boris and his ski hire shop is such a great place to go. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, I would recommend this shop to anyone visiting Bansko for a ski trip.
