This is a MUST DO if you are visiting the Tucson area. My wife & I rent bikes whenever we visit an area. Until now we had not rented e-bikes.

I highly recommend this store! From my initial contact with Rochelle via a phone call to the moment we dropped the bikes off after our ride, we were well taken care of by Pedego Oro Valley!! I had tried another outfit but never had contact with a human and couldn’t even get someone to call me to provide information. Rochelle at Pedego took my phone call minutes before closing, took time to answer ALL my many questions and she booked me for the next weekend. Our reservation was for Saturday and we had everything we needed provided by Pedego; e-bikes, helmets and bike locks. She even told us that she would come to our rescue should we have a flat tire. Thankfully, we had an uneventful ride and such a wonderful time. Rochelle gave us good directions for the Tucson Loop- we are 3 seniors that will look forward to our next e-bike experience. I definitely recommend Pedego Oro Valley!

The tour leader made the tour! He had a wonderful way of conveying interesting information and appreciation for the natural area we toured in the Oro Valley. The bikes were in good condition and easy to learn how to operate. The only drawback to the tour was we had to spend a small portion on a busy arterial in order to reach one of the natural areas. So would not recommend this particular tour for those who are inexperienced cyclists or those nervous riding in traffic.

Make sure you are dress properly. Be aware of other cyclist. Unfortunately not all of them are respectful.

Let me start by saying it was a very windy day, James convinced me to rent a power assist Mountain Bike. What a leg saver! Got "disoriented" but found my way back to the Tucson Loop.
James and the other young lady were friendly and knowledgeable about what bike best fit me for the riding I wanted to do.

Super easy rental experience with friendly and helpful staff members. From organizing the booking weeks in advance, to pick-up and drop-off, we loved our experience with Pedego. And not to mention how fun the bikes were to use!! Quick to learn, and great range of power, my mom and I had a blast on these. We used them to keep up with our experienced road biking family, and it was perfect to go on 35+ mile rides with them. We could have ridden all day! What comfortable seats too. It was easy to find the shop, and it was located right next to a bike path for easy access. 10/10 experience, thanks to the knowledgeable staff. You can't go wrong renting from here, and now I want to purchase a bike for me back home!

We had a wonderful experience renting eBikes from Pedego Oro Valley. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The shop id located on a popular local multi-use trail. Easy for new riders and has access to a longer trail system. I highly recommend Pedogo bikes and Pedago Oro Valley.

Training on the ebike was quick and easy to grasp, even for a first time ebiker. The owners are knowledgeable about their product and the trail that our group toured.

Such a pleasure to rent from. James was extremely knowledgeable about all the mtn biking trails and his tips alone are worth a visit to his store. I rented a beautiful full suspension Trek e-mtb and loved every minute of our 3 day adventure in Tucson! Thank you James!! … you really helped to make our visit to the area an awesome one!
