I am terribly sorry for your experience at the Views Restaurant. It is true that during a stage of the pandemic, the restaurant was closed to the Public out of safety for the Sun City Oro Valley residents. This is a 45+ active adult community, and the restaurant, although normally open to the public, is primarily considered an amenity for the community. This, however, does not change the way you were treated by the staff and for that, I sincerely apologize. Should you have more information on who they were or what they looked like, it would be very beneficial so I may do some one on one couching this that individual. -- Aalt Brouwer, F&B Director (Note: The terrace, lounge & patio are currently open to all our guests at the time of this writing.
