Heaven on the earth, underrated voice from the heart of the Son of Munger. Accurately need attention to make this place a honorary. Where you can find your devine gure and can curate your devotional goal of life and can delight your soul without hampering a cent. History of Munger has definetly defined the ancient royal presence. Munger is known for its Spritual power of Mata Chandika, it's Royalty, Yogic presence, marvellous hospitality, King Karna, Hot Springs, surrunding of dense forest, delightful tourist places, sea shore of Gangas and a lot of many more things.

Crowded by Govt. Offices but have very nice landscapes. Having world famous Bihar School of Yoga. It is alongside The Ganges river.

Me and my family went for vaccation in Munger, and went to this fort. The Fort is surrounded by high walls with four gates.This looks amazing form the outside. As we enter the fort we see plenty of green vegetation, trees, shrubs and a few ponds in the premises. It looks and feels good to be there. After that into the fort we saw some old Ruins, paintings, sculptures etc.The views from the top of fort is amazing. The ambience is nice, and is easily reachable from the main town. So I suggested all my friends to visit there and see the old history of India

I went to Munger Fort. The Munger Fort, built by Mohammedan kings, covers an area of around 222 acres, with a circuit of about 4 km. From 1325 to 1351, the Munger Fort was under the control of Muhammad Bin Tughlaq of the Slave dynasty. It is great place to go.

the place is a knowledge centre in itself. You must ask for it's history ...u will feel proud to be Indian.

The Fort walls, specially the gates are well maintained. Fort encompasses the admin, judiciary and eminent doctors in the district and is well planned. Its the nerve centre of the town but apart from gate and walls there is nothing much to see. Anyways its worth a photo stop.

The two gates including one with a huge clock are well maintained. The walls are long gone.The fort houses all government offices, jail, court, etc. Nothing much to see except those gates which are decent and offer a photo opportunity atleast. Cant miss them if you happen to visit munger.

Munger fort in true sense has lost its charm, aura, elegance. Before actually seeing it in Munger, had thought it to be something, as had read about it on web, its importance and its history. But will be very frank in saying that it was truly disappointed to see the structure in negligence. The entire campus is turned into government offices and residences. A lot of hawking activities is carried out in the campus. The grounds are used for sports. The only maintained front gate makes you few it is a Fort. It really makes me sad to see such an important archaeological structure in total disregard. Wishing the entire fort area is developed as a heritage structure.
