As a first timer on Sanur I think it could have been better!
We were with a group of friends this weekend, and to be fair we were not expecting that the place would be that crowded and ended up without a table even at the club and at the restaurant. (Partly our fault, we were kinda late cus there was no parking spot, at least this was what they said)
The hosts were very direct I don’t know if you can call it good or not but they tried to be helpful and put us on a waiting list but still impossible-so we ended up staying the bench of the bar .
I could suggest to the menagment to involve more staff, at least if its always that busy 😬 It was exhausting to wait for your order more than 35 min.

The place is a high end one.
As a consequence everything that happens inside which includes hosts and waiters that are nice and polite, quality of serving as how you would expect it to be.
Still, it might happen that if you show up underdressed (e.g in bikini at 22:00 on a weekend) you should not be surprised if they tell you that they dont have a reservation under your name.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Sanur thanks to the best waiter Billi and to the exceptional hospitality of their host. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and promptly seated. The host went out of their way to accommodate our preferences and ensure we were comfortable. Their attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and efficient service truly enhanced our evening. It's clear that the host's dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere is a significant asset to the restaurant. I'll definitely be returning, thanks in large part to the positive impression set by the host.

Worst service! Arrogant and unprofessional.
We had reserved for 2 people at the restaurant but our name was not on the list at the entrance so they we could not enter with our car. The guys at the entrance were rude and aggressive.
After hardly finding a parking spot nearby (where we paid 1000ALL) we got at the restaurant 15 min late. The hostess was very rude and unprofessional. We waited 30 minutes to take a seat because they didn’t keep our reservation and they didn’t even had a reservation list.
We are locals in Albania and we’ll never visit this place again.

worst experience ever, very rude waiters and double prices. It will never come again before you go calculate well where you are going the beautiful view to leave a bitter taste from the bar workers

Sehr leckeres Essen. Von Sushi, Fleisch, Fisch und Pasta, war alles traumhaft lecker. Bestes Essen! Die Kellner sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen dieses Restaurant sehr!
