Five of us in our family went to Dion and Mt. Olympus, Litochoro and Katerini from Thessaloniki with Solon and Maria of Hello Thessaloniki on October 4, 2023. Solon met us at the Marriott Monasty hotel and we picked up Maria on the way. They were both fantastic hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with them all day. Maria kept up a brisk pace in Dion as there was so much to cover in the time available, but it was well worth it. Solon helped the 76 year old father/grandfather of our group (me!) navigate the rocky path to the waterfall on Mt.Olympus. We had a wonderful lunch at the Stavros restaurant in Litochoro and a nice coffee break in Katerini before heading back to the hotel in the late afternoon. Solon sent us candid photos that he had taken during the day. We would definitely recommend Hello Thessaloniki's Solon and Maria to any family.

We were group of 20 people, all big family. Solon come to take us in the morning from the hotel and we traveled all the day by a privete bus. On the roud Solon explained about the places and we stopped at very uniqe places.
Even a short coffe brake was in a very nice place.
We saw the Meteora monasteries at good point views.
As for lunch, we went to Traditional Greece Taverna was in a small village and we had great authentic food.
Solon is a kind preson, that takes care of everyone in the group.

The description says they have lots of options and ideas, but it comes down to a driver dropping you of in Edessa, then in Pozar, then in a restaurant and then quickly back. He what, the tour descriptions says a lot more to see in Odessa? No sorry, ne tcustomer at 5. But our tour is until 7? That are not my instructions.

We have personally explained to you about the description of the trip. However, we would like to inform you in response to your criticism. The description you read about the attractions you can see in the area was from an article on our website.
The exact description of the private day trip refers to the product of the store with a specific route. 1st visit to the waterfalls of Edessa and then to the Pozar Thermal Baths. The end time of the day trip is determined by the time you will stay at the waterfalls and then the time you want to spend in the Thermal Baths. Therefore the estimated end time of the tour is indicative and depends exclusively on you. We're sorry that while explaining the difference between the description of an article and the description of a trip, you could not understand the difference.

I went on the Astro Tour and it was a great experience! We were picked up at a nearby location and dropped off at the house of the guide, who was an astronomer. He had a very nice telescope ready for us to use and he showed us a lot of wonderful things that you can't see with the naked eye.
The owner of Hello Thessaloniki, Solon, was there with us the whole time. He was really nice and very accommodating! He also gave us a lot of recommendations on where to go and what to do in the mainland of Greece.
He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the area and all the wonderful things there is to see there. If I ever come back to the mainland of Greece, I know for sure who to call!

We visited Meteora on this day trip with an infant. Our driver was very accommodating to us and our baby. He pulled over whenever we needed and let us know of upcoming stops. He picked a great spot for lunch that had all of the character of Greece. He was very informative and took photos of us. He labeled all of the monasteries in the photos so we knew what was behind us. He gave us more travel advice even the day after our trip. We would recommend and we would do it again.

It was a great trip! Worth the (less than) three hours trip to see these monasteries. The scenery was amazing and the views spectacular. Our driver Solon of "Hello Thessaloniki" was very helpful and prepared us for climbing 142 steps to reach the top of one of the monasteries. A must if you’re traveling to Thessaloniki. We recommend you book online. Solon take us for lunch at a very nice and cozy restaurant (not tourist place) in Trikala city (25 klm from Meteora). After the trip they send us pictures and video from our trip!!! Highly recommended!
