Πριν από τη δημοσίευση, κάθε κριτική στο Tripadvisor περνά από ένα αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα παρακολούθησης, το οποίο συλλέγει πληροφορίες, απαντώντας στις ακόλουθες ερωτήσεις: πώς, τι, πού και πότε. Εάν το σύστημα ανιχνεύσει κάτι που πιθανώς αντιβαίνει στις οδηγίες της κοινότητάς μας, η κριτική δεν δημοσιεύεται.

I would like to take the time to highlight Georges' extraordinary service to his cycling clientele.
I rented an electric bike for two weeks in Crete, more than 500km of travel and more than 9000 meters of elevation gain. The bike was returned to me in perfect condition and this one was perfect for my trip. Before my trip, I communicated with Georges several times for various questions (pedals, seats, battery…). Each time Georges was able to answer my questions very quickly.
At the start of our trip (day 2), my partner broke his bike! The goal of our trip was to travel the west of Crete over 16 days with 10 stopover towns.
Georges came to the rescue with a bike in perfect condition, less than an hour after my call with him.
So, thanks to Georges, our trip was a complete success.
Delivery of the bikes to our departure hotel (Chania) and collection of the bikes to our final hotel of the trip (Heraklion). I highly recommend bike rental at Georges' shop, even our guide kept Georges' contact details for these next cycling clients.
Georges, my spouse and I wish you much success in your business.

I rented twice in 2 weeks and communication with George was quick and professional. The bikes were delivered promptly (early), and in great shape. I had planned my routes, but George would also provide advice as well.

Toller Service, Räder wurden uns zu unserer Unterkunft gebracht. Räder gut gewartet, Pannenhilfen dabei, Trinkflaschen gab es gratis dazu

Great couple of days on the e-bikes. We hired two bikes for two days and covered about 150km east and west of Chania. Some hills, some coast and some great memories. George brought the bikes to us, showed us how to use them best, and made sure they were charged overnight. Great experience

Right from the outset we had issues with our hired road bikes.
1. Requested a Scott Addict Disc, was delivered a lower grade Willier too small. Have ended up with shoulder pain and paid for the more expensive bike.
2. Both bikes were filthy and poorly maintained - rust around all of the fixings
3. My partner had spokes break twice on smooth tarmac, low speed rides. The first time required a €25 cab ride back to the hotel, the second time we had to cut short our ride.
4. The too small Willier desperately needed the gears indexing so about 4 gears were unusable.
5. The specs are not as advertised I wanted a bike with a 32 cassette due to the hills we were planning to ride but the Willier came with a 28. The website advertises both the Scott and the Willier as 32.
In the end due to issues we had we only got in about the half the riding we wanted.
There was no apology from George, and he bordered on patronising. We are experienced cyclists and have hired in may places around Europe so know our bikes. This experience was really dreadful. The only positive was the loaned pump which worked really well when we got a flat.

Our guided bike tour with George was the highlight of our honeymoon! He arrived at our lodging with carbon bikes all set and ready to go. We rode through the beautiful mountain scenery about 90km, stopping for a short espresso break after the majority of the climbing was done. George was helpful, encouraging, and so wonderful to chat with. It was such a great day, even better than we expected!

Sehr guter Kontakt per Email und einfache Buchung Leihrad über Website. Fahrrad wurde pünktlich geliefert und entsprach den Erwartungen. Sehr flexibler und netter Service. Kurzfristige Verlängerung war kein Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Booked a 3 hour tour with George at short notice via WhatsApp. The communication was quick and easy.
George arrived on time with a Willer bike in excellent condition already set up with pedals for my requested cleat system and the bike geometry preset for me.
At my request we went on a mountainous ride which had stunning views and we rode at my pace.
George gave me plenty of local information about the area we were cycling in as well as where to go both in Chania and for day trips around Crete.
I went for a further 2 rides with George during my stay and would have taken more if I would have had the time.
The tours were excellent value and I would highly recommend taking a tour with George.

Hired a nice Willier carbon bike from Giorgos at short notice. Delivered to my apartment and nicely set up. Great morning ride into the mountains, though hot. Great service and recommended, will definitely be hiring again when i return to Chania

Booked this last minute. Excellent customer service and varghelis was a great and friendly host. Completely took at my pace and no pressure.

We are spending 7 hours on crete after our cruise stops at 7am in chania (souda). We would like to rent bikes to ride. We also ma b interested in a tour on the bikes. How far are you from the cruise port and what do u have to offer?
