We normally have lunch at Breckland Lodge when we look after our grandchildren in Attleborough every Friday but we weren’t able to book a table so went to the Rosarium café at Peter Beale’s instead. They were very busy but we managed to get a table. We both had paninis, my wife tuna cheese melt and I had sausage and Brie. In spite of being busy we were served very quickly. The paninis were fine, accompanied by chips, salad and coleslaw. Think we will keep the Rosarium as first reserve if the Breckland Lodge is booked up again.

Fast delivery, rose was well packaged and complete with label and stake, a very healthy good sized Bush in a 3l pot. I had a little confusion with my order but this was sorted within minutes of email being sent. Definitely use again and definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Lovely Scone in beautiful surroundings.
We visited inbetween Christmas and New Year to celebrate my birthday with a Cream Tea and we were impressed.
It was very quiet due to the time of year so only serving cakes, scones and snacks (which we knew before we went). I ordered a fruit scone with clotted cream and a pot of tea, it came to £7.
The scone was delicious - home cooked and still warm - delicious. The restaurant itself is beautiful, very clean and well laid out. We felt very relaxed and looked after.
We were hoping for a walk round the gardens but the weather was terrible. Perfect excuse to return another day.

Went to the cafe we ordered 2 Jacket potatoes which were not cheap so I was expecting them to be really nice. They were the worst potatoes we have had anywhere. They were small with soggy skins and hard inside, also not very hot. I had to ask for more cheese and butter as there was hardly any cheese on mine at all The cheese was horrible pre grated stuff The other potato with the tuna was the same with a horrible tuna mix. I can honestly say it was terrible. We were very disappointed, was well overpriced for the poor standard of their potatoes. We would never go back for lunch again

What can I say, from the very first moment I stepped into the restaurant to taking a walk round the gardens I was so very impressed with the whole set up.
Lovely restaurant, staff were very polite and friendly, visited on a very hot day, but cool with air con whilst having my breakfast, all very delicious, I chose the eggs benedict,delicious and very well presented, along with my coffee.
The area for gifts is quite small,but don’t let that detract anyone from taking a visit. They have some lovely items for gifts.
I have been back and sat in the gardens, there are so many places to sit and contemplate.
Definitely on my revisit list!

Very poor quality rose received. Emailed customer services as rose had powder mildew on it when it arrived As on line order and I was told this was due to the dry conditions.... disappointed they would send sub standard roses. Don’t be tempted to order from this company. I’ll be sticking to David austin from

Omg what a fabulous place. I spent most of a hot Summers day at this rose garden oasis. After having received a generous pot of tea at the cafe and ate a splendid meal I ventured for a stroll in the delectable rose garden. The garden is visually stunning with a multitude of diverse and environmentally benefical plants. The colours in the borders were enthralling and captivated me for hours. This garden centre garden is an ingenious creation and will undoubtidly inspire all who visit. Top notch rating from me

This is a first class nursery and the roses and all the other plants were in very good condition. We had a lot of help and advice in choosing several roses both for ourselves and as a gift. Very cheerful people. The garden was also very lovely and peaceful to walk around and there is also a small but good quality shop and a cafe.

Hi, yes well behaved dogs are very welcome around the gardens and plant centre. However dogs are not allowed in the Rosarium restaurant or refreshment areas.

Yes we very much welcome dogs around our gardens and nursery, but I'm afraid that we cannot allow them into our Tea Room and Restaurant
