Excellent service. Brilliant drivers. Comfortable air conditioned immaculate coaches. Huge variety of excursions available at reasonable prices. Information sheets and mp3 player guiding in huge variety of languages provided. Also interpreters on coach for longer trips eg Preveli.

Let's go for my first quad bike experience, being alone on it I think I'll be able to have fun, follow the others while zipping in my corner. The walk starts well, but very soon two girls find themselves in a galley, just missing the ditch several times. Being the only solo pilot, the Guide comes to me to ask me if I will accept one of these two girls as a passenger, while he will take the other, proposal that I accept without much thought. Understanding the potential embarrassment of receiving a stranger behind me, he will be very accommodating with me throughout the ride, offering me many times to treat myself to drinks, snacks or ice cream! A generosity like I had rarely seen in a shopkeeper.
Regarding the walk, it is incredible, we alternate between mountain roads, small lost villages, and offroad paths. I would have enjoyed a lot more off-roading because it's a real passion for me, but it's only my personal review, the scenery is crazy, every turn is a surprise, I loved it! For a first grip of the quad, it is very accessible, it rolls everywhere, it is comfortable, and we quickly have fun making some controlled slides in the dust.
Several stops are organized, the funniest will be Melidoni cave, the panorama is crazy, and the homemade ice cream is the best I have ever eaten. I will also meet the manager of the company, who will thank me again for accepting the passenger on my quad, and who will give me some pretty nice anecdotes to know about this place.
Anyway, I had a great half day, the adventure was already crazy, and the kindness of the Guide extraordinary. I highly recommend this activity.

We made two excursions with this agency and we do not regret. Welcome and complete information in French. On our first excursion to Chania we travelled with a companion (I don't remember her name, too bad) who speaks very good French and is very professional. It had to manage tourists who spoke neither French nor English and who were always late to catch the bus. Which penalized the other passengers but thanks to it we were always on time. Driver Thomas drives very well, which is very reassuring. This duo works perfectly well and this trip with a stopover at Lake Kournas (beautiful!) was extremely appreciated. For the second excursion to Rethymno, the driver was alone and did not speak French but he knew how to make himself understood and the trip was very nice too. In short, I highly recommend this agency!

My sister and I went on 3 trips with Bali Travel. The first 2 were wonderful without any problems…..after all, why would there be? On our final trip, we had a different driver, and upon collection from the trip he accused us of “spilling coffee” on the bus, we said that we hadn’t, but he was very hostile towards us, yes we had coffee, but we binned our cups at drop off; the bus was full of people who were eating and drinking. Anyway, we got on the bus and sat quietly all the way back, just like everyone else. When the bus arrived at our drop off point it was dark and it was in a different spot from where we’d been picked up and dropped off on previous occasions, so we didn’t immediately get up, the tour guide then came over and prompted us. We got up to get off as quickly as possible….you can only move so fast, but the driver started waving his arms and shouting at us to, “come on, come on”. I said I was going as fast as I could, but he continued to wave his arms and aggressively shout, “get off, get off”. I asked him why he was being so rude, but got no reply, other than the continued aggression and shouting. We told the tour guide as we got off how rude and horrible he was being, but it wasn’t really acknowledged, and the door shut. Surely that was the end of it….but no. As we walked down the hill, the bus driver began beeping his horn behind us, at which point, my sister responded with “a gesture”, you can use your imagination, but considering his behaviour, it was an incredibly mild response. The driver then pulled up beside us, opened the door and started shouting aggressively again, so in his mind obviously it was fine for him to behave like an aggressive, angry lunatic for no reason, but we just had to accept his abusive behaviour like good little women; I doubt he would have behaved like this if we had a man with us.
So, we immediately reported him to both their resort office and to their company email address, so far there has been no response. I imagine the tour guide and driver have come up with their own narrative of what happened, and being tourists and women, it’s likely that that their story is “more credible”. I’d advise any lone women to avoid this company. My next step is to report them to the Greek Tourism Board. Aggressive and rude behaviour toward anyone, never mind 2 women on their own, should never be tolerated, but to this company it wasn’t even worth a email response, which is very disheartening in 2024. Even if we had, “split coffee” it would have been a ridiculous response from an older man towards 2 women.

First of all thank you for choosing Bali Travel for your trips!
Thank you for bringing this incident to our attention. This is not how we aim to run our business. We're currently making discussions with our staff to investigate the incident. We appreciate your feedback, as it's helping us to improve and ensure a better experience for our future clients .From our staffs point of view the incident started when you showed up in the morning with two cups of coffee, our escort knowing that it is forbidden to enter the bus with the cups told you to leave them behind and to enter the bus without them, in the meantime our bus driver hearing your conversation decided to let you in with them with the condition that you are going to be careful. All in all, when we arrive at Kissamos port our driver was doing an inspection on the bus to see if everything is clean and okay, then he found out that you had not only spilled the coffee but you had also pressed the cups with your foot under the seats of the bus, despite his kindness in the morning to let you in with them. When you returned back to our bus from the boat our escort informed you about it and your answer towards him was “So what”. We are not obliged to inspect every passenger all the time to see if they are eating or drinking when they know that it is forbidden. Furthermore, that day the driver despite the fact that food and drinks are prohibited he understood the passengers need for a drink or a snack so he allowed everyone to have something with them with the condition that they will be careful. Upon your arrival back to Panormo village our escort informed all the passengers through the microphone to drop off on a different spot which was 20 meters away from the original one because there was a lot of traffic, at the end you were the only passengers that didn't do it. Under the pressure of the traffic and the horns from the other vehicles our escort told you to drop off faster and then our driver indeed repeat his words using the phrase “Come on madam”. At the end, when you were getting off the bus you used a very bad gesture while one of you was screaming to our escort “why he is so rude”, by doing that you frustrated him leading him to stop the bus near you telling you why you did that gesture. We believe that in every country in such behavior from a passenger against a driver he wouldn't be kind and he would have reacted in the same way no matter the gender. We never had a situation like this before, and that is because our drivers know how to do their job properly. Out of all our passengers that day we are impressed that you are the only one to express complaints, something that really worries us about the veracity of the description. In addition, usually at the end of every excursion all the passengers applause the driver for being kind, professional and they appreciate his behavior.

We chose to do the Quad safari in the afternoon 4pm to 8pm.
It was great, the ride is nice and safe, on the road , on paths and small stop in a snack with small sandwich and bottle of water .
The organizer is very careful and rigorous.
Experience really to do , we are delighted.

I booked a trip for me and my son to Preveli palm beach,Monastery and Spili village during my staying.
Everything was well organized,the Bali travel team is very helpful and kind(they really make you feel at home!)and well, the wonderful Preveli palm beach left me totally speechless with its unique beauty!!
I'll surely come back to Bali next summer and book several excursions through this agency,it's definitely worth it and highly recommended!

During our stay in Bali in Cretes we came across a Bali Travel office by chance. We met Georgette who speaks great French which is rare on the island. She understood our expectations and found us 2 very different and excellent excursions. Driver on time and new, clean vehicle. This company offers rides at all prices and all durations. We will come back to your place. Many thanks to Georgette and much success in these studies.

Very good agency which offers many activities or excursions at very reasonable prices. We were able to take an excursion to Santorini and a quad outing. Everything went very well and everything was perfectly organized! We were able to peacefully enjoy our outings and will keep very good memories. The little extra: some employees speak French well and it’s very practical.
