thank you very much for your comments about your stay at the hotel - we very much appreciate your feedback. As I am sure you know, the hotel has opened in December and we are currently finalizing the last bits of construction - which shall actually be finished this week as we celebrate our official opening. We are in fact still "learning and growing" and your comments (just as other comments on this page) show that we are on the right way - but we actually agree with you that we can always do better and I would love to have you back at the hotel during your next visit to Moscow to show you that we can deliver the five star service that you rightfully expect at any InterContinental Hotel around the world. It's great to see comments like yours because they show us that we are on the right track to create a great hotel that's loved by our guests - but of course I am concerned that you did not like the bedding. If it's anything specific that we might be able to adjust, please do feel free to contact me at oliver.horn(at)ihg.com and we'll be happy to look into it - we have a large selection of different pillows available and can also change other aspects of the bedding for you.

Dear "youngsterdave76" - on behalf of the whole team I would like to thank you very much for your comments; we are very happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. As we are still the 'youngest' among the Moscow hotels, your comments show us that we are on the right way - and that is a great thing!
We have noted your comments about the sauna and you are absolutely right, we've experienced some trouble with the control unit of the sauna after it's installation, but I am quite confident that we have now 'mastered' it.
