We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us and that the hotel services did not meet your expectations.
The disappointing situations you encountered with the concierge team upon arrival, the housekeeping for turndown service and at the restaurant upon breakfast do not reflect the usual attention we pay to our guests. You may rest assured that your comments will be forwarded to the concerned departments to prevent this from reoccurring in the future.
Once again, we do apologize for not having made your visit a memorable one but do hope you will nevertheless give us another chance to welcome you to the hotel in a not too distant future and show you our vision of real Swiss hospitality.
